9 Security Principles

  1. Password & PIN: Setting follows instructions, avoid easily guessable passwords; change them regularly (at least once every 12 months); do not share them with anyone, including bank employees
  2. Devices & Networks: Do not use public computers or Wi-Fi networks for transactions
  3. Log Out: Always log out when you are finished using the service
  4. Transaction Authentication: Choose a secure authentication method appropriate for your transaction limits
  5. Security Updates: Install the latest app updates compatible with your operating system; use antivirus software and update it regularly
  6. Mobile Devices: Do not use devices that have been jailbroken or rooted
  7. Software: Do not install unfamiliar, unverified, or unlicensed apps
  8. Notify the bank: If you detect unusual transactions, lose your device, or suspect a cyberattack or fraud
  9. Passwords & PINs: Set them according to the instructions; avoid easily guessable passwords; change them periodically (at least once every 12 months); do not share them with anyone, including bank employees

When can I withdraw my accumulated cashback to my main account?

  • Change your password immediately: Go to Utilities → Change Password in the Liobank app
  • Contact the bank: Call the 24/7 hotline

    or visit the nearest OCB branch
  • Restore factory settings: If you suspect your device has a fake app installed
  • Report to the police: at the nearest police station

Online Fraud Alert

Fraudsters often impersonate others to steal money from your account by:
  • Impersonating government agencies (police, courts, tax authorities, etc.) to send fake links and request you install a fake app
  • Threatening you with legal action, demanding you open an account, provide personal information, or transfer money
  • Impersonating bank websites/apps, fan pages, or SMS messages to steal login credentials
  • Impersonating bank employees offering transaction assistance and requesting sensitive information
  • Impersonating companies to announce prize wins and request information or money transfers
  • Hacking into the social media accounts of family members or friends to ask them to transfer money
